IBM Planning Analytics for Excel (PAfE) users can now upgrade their reporting capabilities with Print Reports. This utility emulates the popular Print Reports function from the legacy IBM Cognos TM1 Perspectives add-in. We provide this feature as a complimentary tool for our user community.

Installing Print Reports is straightforward. Download the software package using the link below to access Print Reports along with additional PAfE productivity tools. The utility launches directly from within Microsoft Excel.
Compatibility and Requirements
Print Reports runs as an Excel add-in. It is compatible with all currently supported versions of Microsoft Office.
Licensing
While Print Reports is complimentary, it requires a license key for activation. You may obtain this key directly through the Print Reports utility in Excel.

NOTE: We originally created Print Reports to help IBM TM1 customers restore reporting functionality that was removed from TM1 / PAfE. Since launching the utility, organizations around the world have downloaded and used it, we truly appreciate the community's support and feedback.
Over the past several years, we’ve continued investing heavily in our flagship platform, Reportworq, which now includes significantly expanded reporting and distribution capabilities for IBM Planning Analytics environments, including Excel bursting, PDF and PowerPoint generation, scheduling, email distribution, SharePoint, Teams, and Slack integration.
As we approach the release of Reportworq 6, which will also introduce our new Finance AI capabilities, we have decided to officially sunset the standalone Print Reports utility at the end of this year.
What this means:
- Existing installations will continue to function through the remainder of their current one-year license period.
- No new features will be added to the standalone utility.
- Support and maintenance for the free utility will gradually wind down over time.
- The core capabilities of Print Reports will continue to be available and supported within Reportworq.
If your organization currently relies on Print Reports for your IBM Planning Analytics reporting process, we strongly encourage evaluating Reportworq as a long-term replacement. In addition to supporting the functionality users relied on in Perspectives, Reportworq extends those capabilities into a fully governed enterprise reporting and distribution platform.
